Founder

Matthew Marcelissen, Founder and CEO of StaywellBnB, is a Texas Real Estate Broker and has had a passion for real estate since college. After diving into real estate post college, he helped investors find long-term rentals in Austin, TX. In 2010, he entered corporate America and began his 14-year journey in Human Resources
While he loved helping others in his HR role, Matthew began a side hustle of flipping homes and buying rental properties for his personal portfolio in 2018
With a successful portfolio of 11 units, Matthew turned his passion for real estate and helping others by founding StaywellBnB
Matthew and StaywellBnB are striving to become the #1 Boutique Short Term Rental Management Organization in Texas
Matthew also enjoys coaching and helping fellow investors realize their dreams of operating short-term rentals in a real estate mastermind program
When Matthew is not working his real estate businesses, he is taking care of his four rescue cats that he found under one of his rental properties
